BEFORE ARRIVAL
Before arrival, please complete the following steps:

Dietary Requirements
Individual dietary requirements are provided directly by participants. Non-standard diets require prior coordination and may incur additional costs.

Template for assigning rooms to participants. Please complete before arrival.

Used to track attendance and calculate individual fees. Please submit before departure.

Guidelines for the use of the chapel, including preparation and organisation by the group.

Check-in from 16:30
Access to the house is provided via door code.
The code will be shared with the group in advance.
Meals
Meals are served at fixed times and begin on time.
Dinner on arrival day is available on a flexible schedule.
Payment
Unless covered by the group, please transfer the participation fee prior to arrival. If not, payment is due on the first day.
